Directions:

The main road to Braemar from the North (Aberdeen/Inverness) and South (Glasgow/Edinburgh) is the A93.

Access and Parking for the B&B is via Cluniebank Road (garden side of Ivy Cottage):

Follow the sign off the A93 to the village centre. You will pass Farquharson's pub on the left, then drive across the bridge. Turn left onto Cluniebank Road immediately after the bridge (the war memorial is at the corner). You will pass a house with a green/blue metal pyramid-shaped roof on the left, then a small green wooden house. Immediately after this on the right is the entrance to the B&B and the parking area (just before the church).  Parking is provided for three medium sized cars (one per B&B bedroom). Larger vehicles are requested to park in the free public parking on the opposite side of the property (between Ivy Cottage and the Fife Arms Hotel).

Access and Parking for the self catering Guest Cottage and Bothy is from the village centre side of Ivy Cottage:

Follow the sign of the A93 to the village centre. You will pass the Fife Arms on the right and the Mews on your left. Take the first road on the left after the Mews (at this point the Coop will be on your right). This is an unnamed one-way street. Ivy Cottage is on the right, just after the church. Parking spaces for the Bothy and Guest Cottage are signed. On arrival please ring the bell on the door marked "Ivy Cottage" (come through the gate with the sign directing B&B guests to the other side of the property).
